OK. So it’s not a cape – but then we didn’t think we’d sell many capes. It’s a three button overcoat in pure wool flannel with knitted wool “scarf”. Franklin Roosevelt was confined to a wheelchair at the Yalta Summit in February 1945. Hence the cape in attached photograph. As well as this, we’ve also made coats for the other two of the “Big Three” – Winston Churchill and Joseph Stalin.
